Normally I would say, “Unbelievable”, but after the last 2 years of breaking so many laws, and disregarding the Constitution, sadly, I can’t say that.

There is one very good solution to this problem. Namely, each state that does not mail out ballots 45 days in advance will have NONE of their votes counted in the election!
Do this & watch’em scramble so that overseas ballots ALL go out on time!
The slimey maggots!

This is a direct result of some counties not being able to certify their vote from the primary election.
Blame the new machines and HAVA.

Haven’t you heard? The federal government only has to enforce laws that it wants to.

NYC...is there any surprise there.
As one who has to suffer under the reign of Emperor Bloomie, no, there is not an ounce of suprise here. Is there no-one with standing who could sue to force the distribution of the ballots? If those with standing are only those troops who are overseas, then surely a derivative suit brought by a friend-of-the-plaintiff" should suffice.

According to FVAP.gov, these are the states that requested a MOVE act waiver:
http://www.fvap.gov/reference/laws/waivers.html
When you click on each state, it will have the state’s waiver application and DOD’s response. A detailed explanation of the process the Department used in making the decisions as well as the particular explanation for each state.

Well of course. Felons, illegals and the young vote democrat. Soldiers vote republican. All they are trying to do is maximze their own voting bloc while minimizing ours.
It’s completely illegal, goes against all of our history and if it was the other way around we’d hear all about “one person, one vote”. But it’s the democrats so we should expect nothing less.

Thanks Marty62. The blame for this should be put directly on the shoulders of the Demwits in NY state, and needs to be hammered on by the hothead Pubbie running for governor.
According to the 2009 MOVE Act, a state must send out its military and overseas ballots 45 days prior to elections. New York was granted a waiver to this deadline by the Department of Justice and given an additional 15 days -- until October 1 -- to send out all its ballots. On October 5, New York State Board of Elections co-directors informed federal officials that the state had not fully met their extended deadline, according to an e-mail posted online at FVAP.gov, the website of the Defense Department agency tasked with overseeing military voting.

The Republicans need to make this a political issue. They need to say what has happened and need to tell Republican voters to represent the soldiers in this election who are not able to vote by going to the polls. They are putting their lives out on the line for us every day.

The NY Media is busy deflecting the story with the Paladino story.
since the Paladino issue popped up on a visit with Hasidic Jews, WILL the media point out that ISLAM preaches the exact same thing. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.
That is the question that should be put to Cuomo.
The Repubs should handle this issue with a direct assault at the MEDIA attempt to bury it.

They figured all the repercussions beforehand and willing to take any hit in order to rig this election. We were told to watch for underhanded plays so it should not surprise us...and there will be more just as underhanded if not worse.
Besides since when has any politician or those affiliated let any form of lawsuit derail their intentions? Like it or not they are outside the laws and that is where they operate. If anyone thinks they are going to operate within the laws then their heads are clearly in the sand...not going to happen.
We have to watch not for them to break the laws, rather what would be possible outside the law and look for them there. This is an example. Nothing new really.
Will they have acorn people rigging this election?certainly...Will they intimidate voters?...absolutely. Will they rig voting machines?..yep. and on and on.

You can bet foreign entities have their fingers in this election....they stand to loose their freedom to manuver, without fear, across the globe. The US is no longer a threat to them under this congress and administration. So they’ll be getting their hands plenty dirty in this.
