The wild-eyed Long Island man who stabbed an 8-year-old boy playing video games has a history of mental illness and had planned the attack, prosecutors said.
Evan Sachs, 23, was allegedly carrying a note saying he was committed to hurting a child when he walked into a Dave & Buster's in Westbury Friday night and plunged a knife into the boy's back five times.

When my son was in the 4th grade a mentally ill man snuck into the school. While they were returning from the library he appeared out of nowhere and before the teacher could even ask him a question he pulled out a claw hammer and started beating a little girl in the head. She collapsed with the hammer still embedded and he fled. It was horrible.
Turns out he had not been taking his meds and the voices...Bill Clinton being one of them (I kid you not) were telling him he had to do this.

Perhaps that guy and this one were just doing their part in trying to remove more people from this poor overcrowded planet. Maybe he watched propaganda from the 10:10 groups.
There are times when I think anyone with a license to practice psychiatric medicine should be immediately locked up alongside his or her patients.
I know, the Hell Holes where we used to warehouse people who were judged too odd are mostly torn down and those remaining are full. But still, this reliance on a pharmacopia to solve the problems of schizophrenics is itself insane.
