This race has been on my sleeper list for a couple of months. Dingell finally appears to be what he is, a fossil tied to archaic ideas. In Dr. Steele, Dingell faces the first real GOP challenger he's had in over twenty years.

THE DINGELL-PELOSI HEALTH CARE BILL WAS PASSED AGAINST THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE.
A PHYSICIANS CONCERNS
- The biggest problem he sees is with waste in the nations health care system.
- Believes health care reform is urgent because of Medicare as more and more physicians are not participating in Medicare.
- A big budget concern is the new means of recording and sharing information gathered about patients.
- Keeping electronic records has cost millions of dollars at his multiple-office practice and also has slowed productivity.
- What was written in 2,700 pages should be consolidated to 27 pages, he said.
- Insurance plans will need to meet a certain criteria, which would raise the cost of the new health care.
A recent poll has shown Dr. Steele to be well within striking distance of John Dingell. With your help we can get the message out to voters and we WILL retire the longest serving member of the House of Representatives.
John Dingell wants you to sit down and shut up... @ www.youtube.com/v/Xqp0eXfpiWU?fs=1
IT'S TIME TO RETIRE JOHN DINGELL, SEND HIM HOME FOR A NICE LONG REST.

That is one of the most encouraging things about this election.
Lost in all the talk about the “wave” or the “tea party tsunami”, is that one of the main reason for the success of many of the local Republican campaigns is the number of high quality candidates that the Republicans have presented to the public in those races. Yes, you have people who are riding the wave, but there are a lot of candidates, like Johnson is WI, Miller in Alaska, etc, who are just super impressive, and it’s not hard to see what they would be doing so well, even without a wave.
It’s really good to see good quality people who aren’t politicians decide to become citizen politicians, and take matter into their own hands. They may yet save this country from the brink.

“In Dr. Steele, Dingell faces the first real GOP challenger he’s had in over twenty years.”
I think this is happening all over the fruited plain. Good candidates, concerned for this great land, are stepping up and finally challenging the entrenched incumbents.
