Every freaking time! Grrrr.
What Texas needs is two new Senators.
Oh, come on!!! Rick Perry with all his shorcomings is going to give a proper and deserved butt whipping to Democrat Bill White big time. White and his Democrat Party are going nowhere in Texas. End of story!!!
Especially in this election.
George Bush defeated Anne Richard's bid for reelection in 1994, partially due to the wave of Republican disgust with Clinton.
I’m from Pennsylvania (as my screen name would suggest), but I was in TX last month and saw the best campaign billboard ever, one of Perry’s and one that EVERY conservative should adopt. It showed 3 or 4 adorable babies, maybe 2 - 3 months old, all smiles and happy. Then the message went something like: Welcome to the world! You owe the federal government . . . and then there was a dollar amount. The juxtaposition of babies and incredible debt really hits home. In fact, someone needs to start a “clock”, like the one that displays the nat’l debt, that will calculate how much money a newborn owes Uncle Sam.
I dunno, Perry may not be the best but he’s a sure damn site better than rat White. Funny thing, yesterday I was watching Fox News (always on) and they said that Rick Perry had issued an ultimatum to the Mexican government to get busy and start looking for that poor man that was killed at Falcon Lake. Fifteen minutes later there was breaking news that the Mexican police were looking for the body of the man on Falcon lake. Can’t imagine White doing that.
I seriously don’t know why the msm is even reporting this non-story. It was a no brainer from the beginning that White would lose.
All of the liberal big city Texas newspapers propagandized White’s chances in the race. They raised expectations for him so high that Texas Dems couldn’t help but be disappointed.
I love to see ‘em cry in their beer.

The Dimocrats in Texas have given up holding their biennial conventions in telephone booths only because genuine old-timie telephone booths are getting so hard to find...
