Good thing normal working guns shoot in foward direction unlike the NRA. Is Wayne LaPierre still in Harry Reid buddy love mode?

Not so endorsements don’t always effect the way voters vote.

I don’t like this, but I understand why it’s happening. Dems took gun control off the table for the past 2 years, in hopes that the pro gun Dems could keep their NRA endorsements.

Now the NRA is in a catch-22. They can’t ignore voting records and be a straight Republican organization or they’ll lose influence.. but they are ticking off conservatives by endorsing some Dems.

I’ll stay a member because they are still the biggest and most effective gun lobby group. It’s up to voters to consider the whole picture anyway.

My gun club requires NRA membership to join and to remain a member. Insurance and NRA grant money. I bite my cheek and deal with it. Why? I want to shoot my guns. The NRA has one and only one commitment and that is to preserving and protecting the Second Amendment.
The NRA will endorse a Democrat if and when the NRA determines that individual has a/some record of pro Second Amendment support and is likely to win over an even stronger Second Amendment supporter that is more than likely to lose. On that issue, I mean why PO a Democrat winner that has given some support over a Republican loser that can't give you any support? I understand this argument is fraught with gray and I'm a black and white guy myself, but I can except the NRA premise if will help protect the Second Amendment. Above all else do no harm and protect the Right to Arms. Why do I send them the $35? Because I want to keep my guns. Period.

Lovely.

The NRA has a nice list of gun owners in a very convenient database. The best advice is to stay off of lists like these. It makes you a target.

The less this regime knows about your habits and your arsenal, the better off you will be. They know money is a huge motivator to carry out dastardly deeds, and they also know the die hards in this country who will do everything they can to protect their rights are fearful of losing them, so much so they join clubs they think will keep them nice, cozy, and safe at night.

Surprise!!!

Any other year you would be right. But NOT THIS YEAR. This is not any normal run of the mill kind of election. It is indeed hand-to-hand combat; it is a war with Marxist thugs and we are fighting the save the country and the NRA is screwy and despicable for selling out the country for their single issue advocacy.

The NRA has jumped the shark and will be dealt with after Nov 2. The GOA is the honest America gun owners’ association.

Maybe you should bring up this issue with your gun club since the NRA now appears to be working actively against the interests of gun owners.
