COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) -- South Carolina Democratic Senate nominee Alvin Greene was just trying to flirt with a teenage college student when he allegedly showed her online pornography in a campus computer lab last year, his attorney said Thursday.
"He was attempting to flirt with a young lady who had no interest in him," Eleazer Carter told The Associated Press.

That kind of flirtation results in termination and lawsuit in the private sector workforce.

Avoiding a cluster of reporters waiting for him to exit the courthouse via the front door, Greene would only say to reporters outside a back entrance, "The opponent started the Recession!" He repeated that phrase more than a dozen times and declined to elaborate. I love this guy!

She probably lost interest as soon as she found out Alvin was a Democrat thinking about running for the U.S. Senate.

Kind of like someone in L.A. coming on with "I'm writing a screenplay."

I still wanna know why, if what Greene allegedly showed the young, white coed was felony-grade "pornography", the university computers allow students (and in Greene's case, non-students with old IDs) access to such stuff?
By allowing students access, on university computers, to online pornography, is not the university setting up innumerable poor, dumb students to be charged with similar felonies and misdemeanors?

Recently,
Rasmussen reported Alvin is trailing in his Senate race. DeMint is ahead 64%-21%.

So, the Democrapic Party candidate for Senate showed a young lady porn as a flirtation attempt!
How could she resist such a tender approach, such a sensitive, caring attitude, such an expression of respect and admiration.
