No, but you can get a monthly pass and a lower fare if you buy online. But it really doesn't matter -- the fare is so cheap ($9 for a 200 mile all day roundtrip; less if you buy online or are a senior, disabled, etc.) that just about anyone can afford a ticket. And for most state office workers who live in the Rio Rancho area it's $6 one way, $7 roundtrip.
