RealClearPolitics tracks the projected Senate make up with toss up races and without toss up races. In the latter case, they make an assumption on which way the toss up goes.
Just this afternoon, for the first time, they are showing the Senate races without toss ups resulting in 50 Democrats and 50 Republicans. There are 46 Republicans that are fairly solid and 6 toss up races they assigned to either Democrat or Republican.
The four toss ups going Republican are CO, NV, PA and IL. Looking at recent polls these seem pretty likely. The best bets to get 51 based on recent polling are WA, where Rossi was up by 1 in the most recent poll and CA where Boxer is ahead by 3 or 4 points but below 50%.
Of course, things could tighten elsewhere in the next 27 days and probably will. Connecticut seems to be slipping away but who knows. Also, I am not counting out DE given O'Donnell just started spending her $2,000,000+ yesterday.

Fairness, ya know!
Thanks...Hopefully he’ll win by that much or more, it’ll preclude any fraudulent recounts.
Any Rossi election day win by less than 5 points will result in a Rossi loss after the lawsuits.
This is encouraging. But I almost wonder whether we want control of the Senate right now, at least if it’s going to be a bare majority with RINOS like Collins and Snowe. We might be better off being able to point to Senate/Executive Branch control by Democrats in 2012 to help push another large-scale take-over. Just a thought.
Yes - Blumenthal looked idiotic when trying to answer how you create a job. His answer was almost all government! Good grief, Charlie Brown. It should be an absolute requirement that anyone who runs for office has to have held a job or run a business in the private economy.
