Illegal alien and liar Nicky Diaz and her lawyer, democrat and publicity hound Gloria Allred, are now suing Meg Whitman for $6,210.
Yes– $6,210.
She also claims that, although she made $23 per hour, Whitman did not buy a present for her newborn baby. She said she spoke out on behalf of other undocumented workers who are exploited by their employers.

I wouldnt give her a dime. Even if one is a billionaire, it is best to have principles.
What was there to verify? Diaz provided the employment agency a social security number claiming she was legal. Even when the SSA said there was a discrepancy, it is up to the employee to contact the SSA and correct the error, it could put the employer in legal jeopardy if they fire them without going through the proper path. Whitman did everything legal and proper in this case. She was a victim of fraud by Diaz.
Note to employers: Do not hire anyone who is Hispanic, Muslim, homosexual, etc from the victim class or you risk a lawsuit. This is where we are heading

Diaz provided the employment agency a social security number (later found she stole from her sister). There was no indication to Whitman she was illegal. For all Whitman knew, she was a US citizen. As soon as she found out she was illegal, she fired her.

If Alred actually files this, WHICH SHE WILL NOT, she immediately puts her law license at risk.
If I had a billion dollars, I’d sue the Agency that sent me the girl, I’d sue the other lawyer for defamation of character, I’d sue the News Casters who falsified information, I’d sue the country where the girl came from, and sue her parents for having her, and sue the Border Patrol for letting her in the country. We need MORE lawyers and judges...
About 200 years ago they would have taken the girl to the woodshed, and taken a horse whip to her, and told her she should be glad for the $23 an hour, she wasn’t a FORCED labor. She went every day on her own accord.
