Steele needs to GO AWAY
If Steele were an honorable Japanese gentleman, he would have long ago committed ritual seppuku.
But, sadly, he is not.
And so he has not.
I hope so too, but she may instead just be propping him up to continue on well into the future. Boehner, Steal, Cornyn, McConnell have ALL failed, and none of them should keep their leadership positions past November.
Look, the deal is Mr. Steele is a very polite guy who has a softspoken style.
Sarah Palin likes the strong silent type, obviously, but that kind of lady always appreciates the polite type too.
I think by now Mr. Steele has learned to not give the Leftwingtards personal interviews since they will take anything he says and interpret it to discredit him and Republicans in general.
Regarding any legal costs she may have incurred since being picked as the VP candidate, the party owes that to her. She'd had none of that nonsense except for that candidacy.
I suspect Mr. Steele will move on to a position in the Palin organization and she'll turn the selection of the next RNC Chairman over to the committee members ~ which is as it should be ~ BUT, no gays anymore, or Mitbots, or Bushbots for that matter.
We've had enough trouble with that and no matter how much bellering and meowing you people do crying and carrying on to get another gay RNC Chairman, it ain't gonna' work.
The party needs to learn to run with a "straight" image.
Let’s concentrate on firing Pelosi and Reid in November. After that, we fire Steele.
Ron Paul or Romney would be a good replacement.
Gov. Palin is running for President.
That steele guy is annoying
She knows the conservatives have to take the party back and if they do, her nomination for president in 2012 will be relatively assured. By supporting Steele, Palin is cementing her position as kingmaker and a powerful influence in GOP infra-party politics. Sarah Palin will not be maneuvered as she was in 2008. Those days are long gone for the former Governor of Alaska. She is a powerhouse and she will go far, despite the mewling of some conservatives who refuse to accept political reality and still expect a Deus ex machina to produce a combination of Barry Goldwater and Ronald Reagan as a viable Republican presidential candidate for 2012. Get real.
So can we expect McCain and Steele in a Palin cabinet?
