Why not give people some hint of what it is that you want them to look at?

Ah, the wisdom of country music. Thanks much for posting this since it's new to me. A much older country song (but just as irreverent) is Welfare Cadillac by Guy Drake.
I realize that tastes and opinions vary. Not everyone likes country music and no enumeration of its merits can alter that. But I'll try... :-)
- Country music lyrics are often in favor Conservative causes.
- Likewise, country music can very un-PC as evidenced by Hank Williams Jr's song about the South.
- Most country musicians live in solidly Republican areas. Many reside in Williamson County, TN -- perhaps one of the 10 most Conservative counties in America.
- There has been a historically strong relationship between country music and Southern Gospel music, the latter unapologetically supporting Christian values.
- By and large liberals tend to detest country music and hold in contempt those who like it.
- Arbitron surveys show that country music radio is very popular in Texas, Oklahoma and throughout the South. It fares so poorly in liberal urban areas that New York City has had no country station for decades.
- I'd wager that Obama's iPod has no country music.
- The polar opposite of country is rap. Enough said.
Of course, the nutritional merits of broccoli are many but I doubt that would sway George H.W. Bush's opinion.

There's at least one grammatical error in my post regarding country music:
Country music lyrics are often in favor Conservative causes.
That should be:
Country music lyrics are often in favor of Conservative causes.
Thank you and I'll try to catch such botches in the future.
