Am I the only person who thinks he's inarticulate WITH the teleprompter? I have never heard anybody speak with so many stutters, uhs, etc. I think he's a terrible speaker.

He is inarticulate WITH the teleprompter.
He is INCOHERENT without it!
I'm with you. I never did think he was much of a orator. He did fine the first time I heard him when he was just an upstart senator giving an address at Kerry's DNC convention, but then I learned later is a compilation of others words, and not his own. And he was reading a teleprompter.
