Allred must have got lost and thought she was on MSNBC where she is a hero with Matthews, Olbermann, Schultz and Maddow.

Honestly I was let down by this interview. Haven’t seen M.Kelly’s from earlier today.

You have to love when Alred’s “yay me for being on TV” expression turned to nothing but contempt for Greta. That was in the very early half minute of the interview. Greta was right. Alred left her client completely exposed, but then nobody is asking, that I know of, about the retainer agreement this woman signed with Alred. She had to have signed away the farm so Alred could have her way. Alred is much too savy to expose herself to this kind of liability.

I believe you are correct. People don’t really care about the details of a story like this. All they know is that another political candidate hired an illegal (knowingly or unknowingly). And that is what they will base their vote on.

Methinks Gloria will need a team of proctologists equipped with rope ladders and miner’s helmets at her next physical.
Megyn tells Allred that if they fired Nicky they would be in legal trouble for discrimination and that the Whitmans had NO obligation to go further than they did with the matter(the letter clearly says both) and could be sued if they went further and pressed her for more documents. Megyn told Allred she talked to a number of immigration lawyers and agents about it and confirmed the above.

You know, I suppose that under oath, Allred could justify her actions (basically, admitting to the guilt of her client in regards to several crimes, in public) to the bar thusly:
1. Her chances of being prosecuted (or even bothered or annoyed) in this political environment is very near zero.
2. She stands to make a lot of money, from “exclusive interviews” or...uhhh...”charitable people willing to help her out”.
So, she DID act in the best interest of her client!
This is an example of why lawyers are generally considered to be scum. But, I maintain that it isn’t the lawyers, its the flawed legal system we inherited from the British. In many other legal systems, it is the duty of the prosecution and defense to find the truth, which is a very alien concept here.
Big Media will do EVERYTHING in their power to bring this race home for (Gov) Moonbeam!
Or to misunderstand almost all viewers perceptions of this. Even liberals Joe AND Mika on MSNBC The Morning Joe dismissed this as total crap. You can bet that while liberals want to use this, they have contempt for Allred. Allred might get a job on The Jerry Springer show or The Steve Wilkos show with this, otherwise the doors are closing fast.

Thw wiseass latina is fake crying on camera, for several minutes, with no tears at all. It's the biggest, phoniest put-on ever. As she gives her scripted squeal about all the "Megs" and "Nikkis" out there, she's totally faking the nonexistent waterworks.
Somebody paid the piece of sh*t to pull this stunt, and the GOP should throw the book at her lying stanky ass when they take over the reins. Check it out, it's so obvious.

Greta’s litigator experience came through loud and clear. She bores right in.
Yeah, please don't throw all the lawyers under the bus. I've worked in the legal system too long to know that there just a golden few who really do believe in justice, no matter which side they're on. On the other hand, as you said, in many other legal systems there IS no duty to find the truth, either the prosecution or defense, other than what the state has already dictated. At least, as frail as ours is, there is still a glimmer of morals and justice. All-red is just a prostitute. She does not represent the small minority who really have gotten where they are to defend the last, albiet not perfect, real system of justice.
I maintain that she probably wanted to go on FNC, and any of the other media shows where her position has been taken apart. Because the validity of the accusation doesn't really matter in these cases. The average schmuck won't bother to dig that deeply, and conclude that something illegal was done.
