A document obtained and witnesses interviewed by Fox News raise new questions over whether there was an effort by the Defense Department to cover up a pre-9/11 military intelligence program known as "Able Danger."
At least five witnesses questioned by the Defense Department's Inspector General told Fox News that their statements were distorted by investigators in the final IG's report -- or it left out key information, backing up assertions that lead hijacker Mohammed Atta was identified a year before 9/11.

Curt Weldon was a staunch supporter of the Able Danger effort and of Tony Shaeffer. And no one will ever convince me that he wasn’t targeted (and ultimately destroyed politically) by the Clinton gang in the 2006 election because of it. Both Clinton and Berger were/are strong supporters of Sestak.

That was the plot known as "Bojinka" that included Razmi Youssef, the '93 WTC bomb plotter who got away but was subsequently caught and is in Federal lock up for a long time. It was mid-90's, IIRC.

They had to do with the wars in the former Yugoslavia - in order to put down the Serbs, the Clinton Administration helped Jihadists from the Middle East/Pakistan/Afghanistan to come to the Balkan countries to fight on the side of their fellow Muslims. Since then, Jihadists have established beachheads there.
After a little research. . . found it. It was called Operation Bojinka, not Bojoinka. As you said, it was also mentioned at FR after the fact.
