It has the convenient unconstitutional feature of allowing the Obama Administration to pursue an extreme global warming agenda, to make energy prices necessarily sky-rocket, and gain sweeping regulatory control over the US economy without a politically difficult vote in congress.

I know that many conservatives routinely compare enviros to reds, but this is a false comparison. Environmentalism has far more affinity with National Socialism than it does with Communism precisely because fascism was based on nature, whereas Marxism is based on humanism. National Socialism was pantheistic, but Marxism was atheistic. When reds become green, they are in fact moving over to fascism. It is better to say that when you mix green with red, you get brown.
