I am meeting my husband there. He works overseas, and his company is having their annual meeting in London because it is central to their different locations.

I am mooching my room stay, as the company is paying for it. I will be pretty much on my own until Wednesday evening, because husband is going to be in meetings.

We have had a drought here. Yesterday was the first rain we have had since the end of July. All grass is brown, shrubs and trees dropping leaves early, garden is going to be cut down and we will see what sirvives to next spring.

So gloomy, wet weather is fine with me. I am sick of 90 degrees and sunshine!
