I am fine thanks and it is great to be back
That was an excellent point made by Rand Paul (covering illegals with obamacare). Paul did very well in this debate.
I’m aware of the Community Reinvestment Act, but in recent times, all hell broke loose when the Boston Fed issued a directive to banks to give the bogus loans.
GWB and other Republicans tried 17 or so times to reform Freddie and Fannie, some even before 9/11. They were operating like a garbage disposal for the deliberate bad loans.
Then they bundled the “toxic assets” with valid mortgages and sold them on the world market.
Fannie and Freddie should be shut down and lenders allowed to return to logical and strict lending practices.
Boiled ham and pease pudding. Pease Pudding is yellow split peas boiled with an onion and a slice of bacon for about 2 hours and then mashed up with butter and salt/pepper.
The correct answer here is to turn the tables and ask Wallace how he is going to pay for the 98% of taxpayers who make less than $250,000 which is 3 billion--over ten years--(the real cost to the budget which will all have to be borrowed which is what the regime wants-- more spending to destroy capitalism) over ten years.
The other 2%--those who make over $250,000 and (actually create jobs which means you don't have to pay for what they do) costs 700 billion just to be accurate.
Still have no idea what you are talking about, but I will enjoy your conversation with yourself... At least it sounds like you have the right idea although maybe you’ve should respond to those that actually address whatever you are conversing about...

Ooops, Wahn gets “uppity” expecting a power slapdown from Brit.
Yeo still in Ashford, dad is less mobile and tires easily but in general I believe his health is better than before the op certainly he now does not have the pain he had before. During the summer we have been out a couple of times a week for a drive and a meal which is good for him. Our friend has a large Volvo Estate (station wagon) which is easy for dad to get in and out of and also can take his wheelchair and walking frame.
Thanks for the welcome it is good to be back
Hi! I will be in London October 9-18!
Ryder Cup is on now though I should think it will finish Monday as I cannot see getting in the singles as well as finishing yesterday’s games today
Sounds good! I just picked up a pound of split peas yesterday. Don’t have any bacon, though I suppose I could pinch a little of the fat from the pork chops I have to go with it.
Wallace: Wahn, Wahn!
...you can keep talking during the break.
Good to see you to I feel very honoured at the warm welcome I am being given
Fox Panel - Juan Williams - sounds like he’s blaming Repub’s for not extending the tax cuts because they “held the line” on extending them to everyone.
Brit Hume rightly calls not extending these tax rates, as “tax increases”. Brit can’t believe Juan is blaming Repub’s vs. blaming Pelosi.
Yeah! Kristol also calls them tax increases coming in January.
Did you catch Juan’s whole comment about “You’d have to blind and stupid to ......”? I didn’t catch the rest of it.
My bet is BP avoided prosecution for their incompetent mgmt. leading up to and after the spill by basically buying the regime.
And as you say the regime made it far worse than it had to be by refusing early help and putting up phony enviro barriers every time any state in the area tried to go rouge and fix things themselves.
Its the govt. way or the highway with this regime.
Also, I would love to know just how many new special bank accounts in the name of regime players have sprung up due to BP's "generosity."
