Makes what ok? If you mean the two students streaming the video, I did not say that. They broke the law. However this young man was not what he seemed at first.

There was no pretense 'at first' on who or what he was. Does that remove constitutional protection to privacy? This is not a Gay or Straight Issue - it is a issue of law as it applies to citizens across the board called the 'Free Republic of America.' If you remove protection of privacy from one group or individual you end up moving the line of demarcation (of liberty) - sooner or later towards yourself and your privacy and liberty.
