There was no pretense 'at first' on who or what he was. Does that remove constitutional protection to privacy? This is not a Gay or Straight Issue - it is a issue of law as it applies to citizens across the board called the 'Free Republic of America.' If you remove protection of privacy from one group or individual you end up moving the line of demarcation (of liberty) - sooner or later towards yourself and your privacy and liberty.

Give it a rest. There are already state laws on the book -do you want more laws -federal laws? Maybe some homosexual premised special laws? How about some good prevention laws -hate crime laws, thought crime laws? Hell -why wait fro crimes to even be committed -just arrest people who seem prone to commit crimes -is that the ticket?
