We live in a country where people go hungry, they can’t read or write, and they live under a bridge, and people spend $8,000 on fixing a dog.
When pets are viewed as more important than people, our country is truly in a sad, pathetic state.
I love pets and own two cats, but they are just that - pets. They are not people.

When I was a kid we had a dog who jumped out of the back of our pickup going about 50mph. Poor guy rolled about 50 times and got up and started running after the truck. Skinned his nose up but otherwise he was unscathed.

This individual needs to be caught, not only for the animal abuse, but also for the safety hazard he created on the road as well.
