I was pretty hard on Whitman on another thread, so much so that I am now going back to apologize for not waiting for Meg to respond to the charges. Folks can view that here.

What bothers me at this point is that Whitman supposedly hired this woman through a third party (employment firm). That company developed the document base that they thought made it possible for this woman to work in the United States.
Evidently Whitman paid this agency each month, and did not directly employ the housekeeper herself. This has been mentioned to distance Whitman from the responsibility for the womans status.
Now Whitmans camp is providing documents. So how did she obtain those documents? Those documents are privileged. Your employer cant make your documents public.
Was Whitman employing this lady directly or not? I dont believe she was, because she was paying one flat rate, $23.00 per hour, 15 hours per week on a regular basis. That $23.00 per hour evidently included an employment fee for the employment management firm.
How does Whitman obtain those private documents of a person employed by someone else? And how does she justify dumping those documents in public?
Even if those documents are falsified, they are private documents.
If youre an employer, try dumping your employees documents in public.
I pretty damn sick of these super weathy, fat corps and big biz having the convenient built in excuse, "Oh were innocent, they were 1099 employees....Oh, they were sent here by an employment agency" "Not my employee" "I have no idea".
That being said, they are nos reporting Brown might have come kind of connection with this pathetic illegal housekeeper scum.
Surprise huh?
I’ll try that again....sheesh
That being said, they are now reporting Brown might have some kind of connection with this pathetic illegal housekeeper scum.
FYI,
They got Whitmans husbands handwriting on the letter from 2003, the husband actually wrote a note on the letter telling the illegal to take care of it...
Does not look good for Whitman
