I’m not so sure any judge in America would agree with you. You’re basically saying it is okay for someone to film and broadcast your image on the internet without your permission while you have sex - just because it is in your own dorm room. If his door was shut, that poor gay kid had every expectation of privacy under the law when it came to being unknowingly filmed and broadcast on the internet.

Well, I can’t speak to every law in every state; but, apparently the state in which this incident occurred has some stringent privacy laws.

Did you know that heterosexual students have sex in their dorm rooms too? Actually, both homosexual and heterosexual students have sex in many different places on campus and off.

As far as expectations, if I desire ironclad privacy, I will choose a truly secure place in which to carry on my activities.

I wonder how many times this student had sex in his bedroom at home?
