The young man killed himself. I hope these two get charged with involuntary manslaughter. They should never be allowed on any U.S. campus or be allowed to enroll in any U.S. university.

Makes me wonder if the kid was having a homosexual relationship and these two wanted to 'out' him.
I don't think he would have killed himself had he been with a young woman?
Just speculation.

the money quote
"Roommate asked for the room till midnight," he tweeted on Sept. 19. "I went into Molly's room and turned on my webcam. I saw him making out with a dude. Yay."

Agreed.
If this was over the boy's being homosexual, I dread the hate bs crime that will be attached.

Days before the shocking suicide, Ravi posted to his Twitter account, tweeting that his roommate Clementi had asked for some privacy.
“Roommate asked for the room till midnight,” he tweeted on Sept. 19. “I went into Molly’s room and turned on my webcam. I saw him making out with a dude. Yay.”
Ravi is an idiot. Can’t imagine the pain of what the family is going through with this information along with his death. I hope Ravi gets what he deserves... just sad.

This may become the next "Matthew Shepard" propaganda story.
The only thing that may prevent this is that the guy who was taped with his boyfriend was white, while the tapers were an Indian man and an Asian woman.
He committed suicide presumably because he did not want his family to know about his proclivities.

And why wouldn’t he want his family to know?
Because he knew in his heart it was wrong.

Sad event.
But I have to say, for decades the Left has been pushing for normalization of homosexuality. TV, movies, music -- homosexuals are everywhere! They are loved! They are accepted! They are rich! Schools have bully programs aimed mostly at protecting young homosexuals. We are told not to use the "hateful" phrase "that's so gay". It's just a great big lovefest for these people.
And, with all of that, this man felt such excruciating shame upon being outed that he ended up killing himself.
Perhaps he understood that his lifestyle was an abomination.

I don’t know, it seems his reaction was a little extreme. Certainly these 2 committed a crime and should be punished, but they should not be held responsible for someone else’s extreme reaction that couldn’t be reasonably foreseen.
To: ClearCase_guy
Perhaps he understood that his lifestyle was an abomination. That and TV is not reality.

I had read an earlier story and it didn't mention it.
...should have read this one before posting.
