Jessica Brady witnesses Sen. Arlen Specter (D-Penn.) giving one of his final floor speeches on the subject of, well, how much he resents that he's giving one of his final floor speeches.
“Mainstream Americans must march to the polls this November to express themselves forcefully to stop extremists financed by undisclosed contributors from stifling our democracy,” the Pennsylvania Democrat said in a floor statement Tuesday morning...
“Within days of the start of the Obama administration, before the ink was dry on his oath of office, Republicans openly bragged about plans to ‘break him and engineer his Waterloo,” Specter said of DeMint’s statements during the health care debate. “Announcing that ideological purity was more important than obtaining a majority, the prevailing Republican motto was, ‘We’d rather have 30 Marco Rubios in the Senate than 50 Arlen Specters.’”

We've had it with RINOs. There are no RINO voters, there are only RINO elected Republicans, who believe they own and control the party. They are entitled. Let's see, Specter trashes the Republican Party, that supported him for 40 years. Crist trashes the Republican Party that got him the governorship of Florida. Murkowski trashes the Republican Party, which has supported her political family and made them wealthy for decade upon decade.
RINOs are Republicans in Name Only and as soon as the Republican Party doesn't suit them, they jump ship. RINO is true.

Its interesting, Specter was swept in office on Reagans coattails in 1980 and 30 years later we finally get rid of this RINO. Then Karl Rove said Castle would be better because its better to win the seat with a RINO. REALLY Karl, I guess if the Republic had another 30 YEARS to get rid of him.
