I may get flamed, but I think that Obama should finish his term in office and then, after being shoved out, THEN arrest him. Not while he’s in office. It would trigger massive riots as the hysterics would see it as whites forcing out and tearing down a black man from power.
He cannot be arrested while in office...he can only be impeached and then tried in the local courts, unless of course a successor president were to pardon him.

The FBI has traditionally been a highly professional organization that attracted a lot of bright, no nonsense, frequently Jesuit trained Irish Catholics.
