Those who read this space know I am not a fan of the Republicans vaunted Pledge to America. Im for simple pledges, the kind that get back to basics. If the Republican party is interested in making a pledge like that a pledge that will resonate with the vast majority of the American people heres a suggestion: Promise an unwavering commitment to the principle of equal protection of the law for every American citizen. Promise, therefore, that Congress will investigate weighty allegations that the Obama Justice Department is engaged in racist law-enforcement practices.
Promise, moreover, that any executive-branch high official who has conspired to deny American citizens equal protection, or who has obstructed justice in an effort to cover up such a conspiracy, will be impeached and removed from office.

The Constitution guarantees all Americans equal protection under the law. The civil-rights laws, moreover, make it a crime for government officials to deprive any person not any black or minority person, but any person, period of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States. It is a grave violation of law for the Justice Department to practice racial discrimination in deciding which cases it will bring, to determine that Americans of one race or class are not entitled to the same protection as all Americans.
Thats not just politicization of the Justice Department. It is criminalization of the Justice Department. Under the Constitution, it is Congresss obligation to stop it. The current Congress obviously wont do its duty. Americans will strongly support congressional candidates who pledge to right that wrong.
To these Imbeciles it is impossible for a Black to be racist. Just ask they will admit it.
ping!
Yes, it is the criminalization of the Justice Department, but even if there is a Republican House and hearings, we can look forward to stonewalling by the Administration, refusal to honor subpoenas, invocation of executive privilege whenever it can be stretched to cover, demonization of Republican committee inquiries by the MSM as partisan witch hunts, and on and on and on. In short, the November elections are just the beginning of a very long and hard road to take back the country. November may also be the beginning of a real constitutional crisis which leads to Congressional decrees that Obama responds to with a version of the old aphorism of “you and what army.”
The funny thing is, their excuse or “reasoning” for their assertion that blacks can’t be racist is
“they don’t have the power to impose their racism on others”.
Now they do. But they still can’t be racist...
Impeach him.
And when the Senate refuses to convict,
impeach him again.
Rinse and repeat.
For some reason, the accusation that Obama is a racist REALLY upsets lefties.
I've always cringed at that quote. It's total bullcrap. Two blacks strolling down the street who decide that a lone white walking past them has not shown them the proper "respect" could (and often do) impose their racism on others.
Behold the Communist Lie.
All Obama has ever wanted is to switch places with his “oppressors.”
That was always my answer as well -
whenever a black decides to use violence on someone of another “race” because the victim not black is IMPOSING HIS RACISM, and proving that he has the power to do so.
BTTT
Time for a Special Prosecutor, but I won’t hold my breath till that happens. DOJ is doing exactly what the White House wants, and unless the Republicans control the House and at least 2/3rds of the Senate, there is little chance of having this investigated properly. That doesn’t mean abandon it, it means we may not get back to resolving this at least until Eric Holder is gone.
This is some very nasty business, and the longer it festers, the worse it will get. Nothing could embolden the NBP better than this kind of overt political support directly out of the White House...(who would ever believe we would actually read a sentence like that??!!).

Two black gents much larger than me tossing me around a front lawn 39 years ago perhaps because I was the last white at a party - they had significant power over me at the time.
Scowling guys with billy clubs have power over those they intimidate.
The power argument is convenient and specious.
“in January 2011, I wonder if Eric Holder will be at Justice Department? Hearings under a GOP congress will be interesting.”
Interesting question.
I don’t think the regular party boys would have the guts to take the Obummer Injustice Dept. on. However, I think that with a lot of the fresh blood that will be elected, who will not yet be corrupted, there should be a lot of heat placed on the Dept. of Injustice in general and Holder in particular. When it gets to the point where it is costing Zero too much political capital, he’ll likely make Holder walk the plank.
Justice? in this Justice Department is a joke.
Thanks for the ping!
