Monorails don't get stuck in gridlock like cars and buses do.

If they were popular, they would at the station have gridlock, but they are not popular, so they never suffer from over use, like the immensely popular roads do.

Private buses leasing private ROW eliminate connections, and are not as subject to the inevitable breakdown, strike, or act of tyranny.

But then, you know all about tyranny, don't you Wille? There isn't a single big-budget proposal you have ever made here that isn't subject to centralized command and control.

Cars equipped with collision avoidance on intelligent freeways will soon carry far more passengers per hour than any rail system you can conjure, even beyond your usual pack of lies.
