On Sept. 23 last week, 12 Republican House members stood in a hardware store in Sterling, Va., and issued a Pledge to America.
As for Obamacare, a few months ago Republican leaders were reluctant to call for repeal. They may have feared that Nancy Pelosi and Bill Clinton were right when they predicted the legislation would become more popular when passed. Or they may have been wary of sounding extreme.
But now they're squarely for repeal. It turns out to be a stand most Republican primary voters demand and most general election voters support.

The majority of the voters are behind repealing Obamacare and cutting spending -- if Republicans stick to these two major issues, they can get the independents, then once they are a majority, they can tackle the other issues.

If those two things are done and done soon our economy will be toast.

How about framing our position with this?:

Because none of that other bullshit means a thing without standing up to tyranny and calling it what it is. They have a platform now....big deal. How about making the platform about fighting for Liberty and pointing out what we’ve lost under this regime instead of what the republicans are going to restore?
Sheesh.

Actually, this seems to be the Tea Party battle cry, not necessarily the GOP battle cry. There are still enough RINOs too timid to defeat ObamaCare and really don’t have the nerve to cut spending either.

Powerful isn't it? I hope you will forward it because that's what we are fighting. All this other b.s. is from those people and the American public needs to see it framed that way. imo

If government isnt cut, any spending cuts will be cosmetic and fleeting. The beast must be culled back fast and violently.

This news just broke today. There is a 3.8% tax on all unearned income in Obama's Health Care Plan including the sale of homes, condos, etc. If you sale your home for $100,000, you pay a Medicare Tax of $3,800 and it goes to ObamaCare. Check it out here:

FOLKS IF WE CAN GET THIS WORD OUT, IT WILL BE WORTH ANOTHER 2% POINTS NATIONWIDE IN THE MIDTERM ELECTIONS.

And they better make sure to point out what’s in the Obamacare bill, BEFORE the election — many people have no idea.
This was just recently posted by NavyCanDo:
