Soros is not Jewish in any shape or form.

He's Jewish only according to the Nazi "blood" definition of Jew. He joined a pro-Nazi group as an adolescent in his native Budapest by disguising his heritage, and aided in sending Hungarian Jews to concentration camps. That treachery alone constitutes an explicit renunciation of his Jewishness.
