This is an obvious solution to ending the dependence on foreign oil. Plus, you’d never see gasoline process peaking on Memorial Day and Labor Day again.

We have so much natural gas in this country, we’re exporting it via LNG ships. The best solution would be multi-fuel vehicles that would run on either natural gas or gasoline. Currently drilling Marcellus Shale wells is creating a monster over supply of natural gas.

It would be nice to dump the oil price to a level that slowly starved Iran.

Yes, from what I have heard, the US has the largest amounts of NG reserves. Why not switch to that and starve Saudi Arabia and Iran (whom we do not import from, by the way, but Saudia is the one supporting the terrorists), we’d be much better off. Why would you, Vaq, not want to starve the SAuds?
