Pensions wiped out by the White House
NY Post ^ | September 25, 2010 | Michelle Malkin

The White House believes it can win back depressed and economically stressed voters by turning President Obama into the storyteller-in-chief again. But consider the real-life horror story of 20,000 white-collar workers at Delphi, a leading auto-parts company spun off from GM a decade ago.

As Washington rushed to nationalize the US auto industry with $80 billion in taxpayer "rescue" funds and avoid contested court termination proceedings, the White House auto team schemed to preserve UAW members' costly pension funds by shafting their nonunion counterparts. The nonunion pensioners also lost all of their health and life insurance benefits.

The abused workers -- most from hard-hit northeast Ohio, Michigan and neighboring states -- had devoted decades of their lives as secretaries, technicians, engineers and sales employees at Delphi/GM. Some have watched up to 70 percent of their pensions vanish.

I know which solution won’t be considered, cutting down UAW pensions.
Aside from that people need to go to jail for this. Decisions were made that were not only bad but illegal from what the article says.

People will go to prison for events over the last two years. The exodus of rats that has begun from the WH is a key indicator. It may not be in the 112th Congress but the prosecutions will commence shortly after the beginning of the 113th. If prosecutions are not enacted, persecutions will entail. I would thik many of the rats will be far more likely to chance the courts than lightposts and pitchforks.

I’ll tell you who should go to prison. Every journolista.

They are the true traitors to America.

“Every day is new treasonous act by obama.”

I agree. He can’t get through a day without betraying his country and never makes a speech without lying.

Can devils do any worse?

Actually willing accomplices but the penalty is the same. The tea party movement is just in its infancy my friends. Hang on and keep your arms inside because this ride is only climbing the first hill.

Every journolista.

Yes, this is the last nail in the coffin of the Old MSM. There will be long term financial consequences for them as the criminal prosecutions of the Obamanista traitors and frauds proceed. It will not be pretty. But Treason is a very serious charge.

I guess if I work for a bankrupt company that has promised me a unicorn ranch, I’ll still get it if I’m union. Thank you, screwed-over taxpayers!

The nonunion pensioners also lost all of their health and life insurance benefits.

The union thugs, practicing typical Chicago politics, were teaching non union members a lesson. Never mind its morality or legality; it was Democratic. IMO Democrats practice Marxist policies while accusing others of the same. What a world we live in today!
