New Black Panther Party Update: E-mails Call into Question DOJ's Story

Stunning new developments in the New Black Panther Party (NBPP) voter-intimidation scandal indicate that high level Justice Department officials have been misleading the public and Congress. Indeed, they may also have committed perjury before the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights. Judicial Watch recently filed a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit requesting documents. These detail numerous discussions between the Civil Rights Division and political appointees in the highest reaches of the Justice Department including Eric Holder and two of his assistants. These documents directly contradict statements from the Office of Public Affairs that the decision to dismiss the case was made entirely by career lawyers in the Civil Rights Division. The privilege log released by Judicial Watch strongly suggests that these political appointees were intimately involved in the decision-making that ultimately resulted in the outrageous gutting of the voter-intimidation case against the Panthers. This case has been virtually ignored by the MSM for almost two years.

It should scare the hell out of even the most complacent and politically indifferent Americans that the Obama DOJ appears to be invovlved in an egregious distortion and cover-up of crimes which are clearly unconstitutional. There isn't a citizen in the United States unaffected by such felonious behavior at the highest levels of our government.

Since the media will not cover it, we need to spread the word.

"...Gonzales, Waco, Rich, Ruby Ridge....whats one more?..."People are finally waking up, Paladin.
FR has been carrying the load for over 12 years, and now the general population is catching on.
The 'Tea-Party' movement caught-on nationwide, and the lib-tards can't do a damn thing about it!
FR exposed Ruby Ridge, Marc Rich, and Waco, but few listened.
They're listening now - Thanks, Jim ......................... FRegards

Should be interesting. She is great.

Isn't she. She give a straight forward report on Friday's expected testifying and then sort of grins and says....some cute thing about emails and smiles....Couldn't help but wonder if she was just twisting it a bit to make “somebody” a bit more nervous....Sure sound like now that there are emails.
Sure hope he has security and is wearing a wire in case he is threatened.

There never was any question about the DOJ’s story — it was a lie from beginning to end, and everyone knows it. :’) Thanks bitt.

Be careful when walking through airports in the DC area. Look both ways as you could be run down by many of the Rats scurrying out of O’s flooding ship.
