His oversight of Freddie and Fannie and continual statements that everything at those institutions "are in great shape" triggered the financial collapse that we are all living through now. If the GOP can't run a campaign and beat this windbag, then the GOP is doomed. I am so tired of the GOP saying: "We're taking the high road". This fact needs to be brought to the forefront before the elections. I'm pretty sure most people in America do not realize that Frank and his involvement with Freddie/Fannie Mac was a major cause.
I hope and pray that we manage to finally oust this spend-thrift. Him, Reid, & Pelosi have been in there long enough.
