I agree that most of the posters did not watch this segment and need to watch the repeat at Midnight to understand what he said.
I think he got his head out of his butt finally and seemed really excited that she had hired all these great people for her campaign.
His entire body language was different tonight and I did not have to throw my shoe at the telly. Pleasant surprise.....

I saw it and IMHO he was genuinely praising her efforts.
Scythian makes the vague statement that Rove was ‘railing’ on her with no details...and the flame-throwers go nuts!
