Obummer has a history of laughing or smiling when he should be doing the opposite. Imagine the much maligned George W. Bush in a similar situation, he would have done anything BUT smile or laugh, he would have been dismayed. It is one of the things that convinces me that Obama was installed for the purpose of DESTROYING America.
