Woodward's book portrays Obama and the White House as barraged by warnings about the threat of terrorist attacks on U.S. soil and confronted with the difficulty in preventing them. During an interview with Woodward in July, the president said, "We can absorb a terrorist attack. We'll do everything we can to prevent it, but even a 9/11, even the biggest attack ever . . . we absorbed it and we are stronger."

Our country’s very survival (before we are attacked and have no response or before no one is working and we are all near homeless, in jail because we have no health care) is based on two things happening Tea Partiers and some non RINO GOP getting majority.Then calling for a trial (s) of Obama. None of Obama’s dangerous bills and policies can be stopped as he will surely VETO all.

I first heard this absurd “Take the Hit” strategy enunciated by Gary Hart on the Jon Stewart Show about two years ago. They sat around and giggled about it. But, it was obvious then that it was to become the hard left mantra.
Wish fulfillment? Invitation? Another crisis to 'not let go to waste?' Hoping for an attack to 'help' him in 2012? The psychodynamics of Obama are truly scary for this nation. . . I truly hope he spends some time on the couch. I highly doubt it though. .

Just because we can "absorb" a terrorist attack, doesn't mean we want to do so. I can absorb a punch from Brock Lesnar on the chin. It's also going to hurt like hell and is not my idea of a good time.

Hey Obama, if you think an attack on this nation and you rallying the nation, as it were, is going to help the dems and you, then you have truly lost your mind. We all know your Appeasement Stance has been inviting more attacks for 2 years now and it will be hammered home over and over if we are attacked.
