Sometimes I force my wife to go to bed and leave me alone...is that illegal too?
I know what that’s like. Mine abuses me too.
Pay her to leave you alone works too.
We really should teach courses in logic in the primary grades.
It wasn’t an all-woman jury, was it?

Must be something in the water.

Doesn’t she mean her mouth?
As to the first question, rape is usually defined in Criminal Law as forcible vaginal intercourse, or vaginal intercourse where the victim is incapable of consent, e.g drugged, mental impairment, etc.
Non-consensual oral sex is usually charged under the various sodomy statutes.
Non-consensual oral sex is usually charged under the various sodomy statutes.
Would these be the same sodomy statues our liberal friends are removing from the books? I wonder if the liberal women are willing to be the sacrifical lambs of the gay community?
Criminal sodomy statutes usually refer to non-traditional [vaginal intercourse] sexual acts. They include oral sex, and anal sex that are non-consensual. In the original colonies and states, anal intercourse was considered sodomy, [and since males have no vaginas], such acts constituted sodomy, even if consensual.
I just wonder if those liberal groups who are pushing to get these âantiquatedâ laws off the books realize that without them forcing a person to have non-consensual oral or anal sex will not be technically rape.
The acts will be become more difficult to procecute. Women will be hardest hit.
