Barack Obama is reportedly steaming mad after learning that his mother-in-law is openly practicing Santeria in the White House.
72-year-old Marian Robinson, who lives in the White House and looks after Obama brats Sasha and Malia, began practicing the Afro-Hispanic witchcraft in the late 1980′s to help her ailing husband, who was crippled from multiple sclerosis. Robinson took him to ceremonies where they did spells and trances, and sacrificed animals, chickens and goats, which upset Michelle, a close friend reports. But Marian was desperate and kept going anyway, even when her husband was to sick to go with her. Michelle never brought up the incidents after her father passed away in 1993.
The friend says Robinson is now afraid for her health and recently invited an old friend with whom she practiced Santeria with to the White House. Michelle is said to have flipped when she saw the woman.
Michelle & Mom Obama is quite upset about this on two different levels. First, he is a committed Christian, no matter what his critics say about Reverend Wright. He is adamant that Sasha and Malia be raised with Christian influences. He does not want them to be involved with African voodoo. And secondly, he is worried about the political fallout if his enemies get wind of this. Rev. Wright was bad enough, but this would be political suicide, a close friend of Michelles confided.
Obama reportedly has told Michelle that her mother will have to go back to Chicago if she does not stop this witchcraft mumbo-jumbo immediately and ordered the Secret Service to not allow Marians friend to return to the White House.
Before we start casting the first stone (of course this passage is not in some of the oldest Biblical manuscripts), how many people posting here read their daily horoscopes? Looking to the stars for fun, eh? Footholds. Footholds. And probably why the great zero uses the terms “freedom of worship” instead of “freedom of religion.”
Hypocrisy is a signature characteristic of marxists.
You've heard of "follow the money?"
Equally true is "follow the hypocrisy."
Nine times out of 10 you'll find a marxist. (Or a big government RINO.)
“steaming mad”
Doubt it.
The voodoo that you do so well.
Oh. Never mind.
You mean Emily Latella! ;)
Stuff like this gives FR a bad name.
Sigh. It just goes to show, it’s always somethin’!
LOL
The santeria story is on a lot of different sites. I believe it. I remember hearing about it before.
(Sept. 20, 2010) Yesterday, on Sunday, September 19, 2010, the Obama family attended church for only the third time in a year. They went on foot to the St. Johns Episcopal Church situated across the Lafayette Park.
But what is widely not reported by the White House and the MSM is that on that particular Sunday in that particular church, Dr. Ziad Asali, M.D., a Muslim, founder and president of the American Task Force on Palestine, was the guest speaker. He was there to speak on the subject of Prospects of the two-state solution in the Middle-East.

He went to hear a muslim. What kind of Christian church has a muslim speaker? If Obama isn’t a muslim, he sure has me fooled.
I agree. That was a petty remark. I hate Obama but leave the girls alone.
I used to read mine but realized the Bible says not to. Also don’t so ouija boards or tarot cards. Can lead to other satanic practices, IMHO.
thinking: I hate you,I hate everything about you, your white, your beautiful, your everything I'll never be...... I bet you don't even like lobster like I do,do you....your,your,your white
No it doesn’t.
If an article is poorly written it reflects on the author, not Free Republic.
The article has been outed quite well by FR posters.
The list, ping
Let me know if you would like to be on or off the ping list
I have always treasured the word “brat.” I was an Army Brat, and proudly so. My daughters were Army Brats, proudly. Nothing wrong with being a “brat.”
Calling Obama’s daughters “brats” tainted the article for me, too. Say what you want about those in the public eye, but I don’t like it when remarks like that are made about the children of politicians.
