The Tea Party of Nevada candidate, Scott Ashjian, today sent a cease and desist letter to Sharron Angle (with her first name spelled wrong) and also to CNN and FOX to get the GOP nominee to stop calling herself a Tea Party candidate. He actually claims -- wait for it -- that he is trademarking the name for his campaign.
His priceless letter is at right.

Scott Ashjian Tea Party of Nevada
Isn’t Ashjian the guy that folks suspect Reid pimped to create a fake tea party group to try to split the vote?
Exactly, SOP for Nevada and plenty of willing tools to do the deed...
This is great, HA...HA....HA
Go Sharon, Go TEA PARTY!
Take OUR COUNTRY BACK!
Which one:
“Tea Party Candidate”
“Tea Party Candidate of Nevada”
What about “Tea Party Senatorial Candidate” or “Nevada’s Tea Party Candidate”. Trademarks are national, so what about all the other “Tea Party” candidates?
Fail.
I don’t understand. Doesn’t any Tea Party group want Sharron Angle to win?
Didn’t Donald Trump try to trademark the words, “You’re fired,” a few years ago? What this Scott Ashjian person is doing strikes me as being the same thing.
Easy to understand. He has nothing to do with any TEA Party; he is simply trying to force her into a bad situation.
yeah, don’t force him to take legal action, after all Tea Party members believe in personal responsibility and limited government. n What will he do, hire a Democrat trial lawyer and sue?
Who died & left him Boss anyway??

Sounds to me like this cement contractor is his own lawyer.
I dont think he will have much luck with the trademark office trying to claim that the words “tea party candidate” are so uniquely associated with him that he deserves a trademark.
IS Angle the teaparty candidate or not?
Yes, she is supported by the Tea Party groups.
If this is the person I think it is, This is a guy who was ostracized by the Tea Parties (plural) in Nevada because it’s strongly suspected he’s a plant for the Democrat’s to siphon off votes that would go to Angle.
Would that be dingy harrys other pet?
What a crock.
What a crock.
NUTS
