Hey if they’re dumb enough to buy GM stock let em. If I was given GM stock as a present it would go in the TP cabinet for emergency use.

Buicks are actually big sellers in China. The evil evil UAW destroyed GM with Hussein. Sad but they will reap what they sow.

Since GM is owned by the US government and the US government works for US citizens, shouldn’t US citizens have a vote on the sale of US assets to China?

If GM is important enough to bailout, they are important enough to keep in US hands.

Wait till the union employees find out the plans from the new company owners. There jobs will be guaranteed! Oh ... yess. ... they may have to accept a transfer to Guangzhou province and accept a slightly modified compensation package ...

I can't wait to see the new product line. Or if they can survive a 30 mph impact, with a bug.

We’ve already lost Chrysler, and now it appears we’re going to lose GM. Some recovery.

Well, there are a lot of Americans who won’t be driving their Chevy to the levy any more. Another American icon falls to America haters.

Can we give them the entire company? I’m willing to write off all the money we already lost if we can limit the massive waste to what is already gone. I just hope China is that stupid.

Our Government had GM declare bankruptcy leaving millions of Americans with common stock shares worth nothing. Then they went after the preferred share holders and gave them some forty cents on the dollar, all so they could present the UAW with a 40% share of the company. Oh, and did I mention they poured in billions of dollars stolen from the rest of America to keep the sorry company running. The UAW now wants to cash out, (dump their stolen shares,) and sell their holdings, most likely to a foreign country, (the only ones with money left.) And in the end, America has still been left holding the bag for underfunded pensions that caused GM’s uncompetitiveness in the first place. Dissolving the underfunded pensions debt was the only reason bankruptcy should have been allowed to proceed.
Obama just couldn’t be outdone by Bernie Madoff. Do I have this all correct? Oh, did I forget cash for clunkers? By the way, I spit on Government Motors, (GM).

By the way, does anyone know what day “Key a GM Car” day is? I want to start by keying my own sorry a$$ piece of $hit GM car that I bought just before our Government pulled off this $hit.

It sounds right to me. Sad, because I was a satisfied GM customer. After this, I never want to see the inside of another GM dealership.

China does have unions just like Cuba.

Only problem is the “union” is owned by and is dictated to by the government.

So Government Motors will now be owned by Red China?

No one, but no one, would have believed this even 20 years ago, much less 50 years ago.

How far this country has fallen. And now, we have a Kenyan Clown at its helm driving us even faster to our nadir.
