It is. And an awful headache, which is probably worse than insanity.
Hubby and I went on a fast for one week many years ago. He had a raging headache for the first few days, and we finally figured out that it was because he wasn’t getting his caffeine.
As soon as our fast was over with, he went right back to drinking too much coffee again. Sigh..
