Woody Will Smith, 33, is scheduled for trial starting Monday on a murder charge in the May 2009 death of Amanda Hornsby-Smith, 28.

If this becomes a valid defense there are many people who will be dead within an hour

I drink so much Coca Cola, coffee, and RockStar....I should have murdered 65,748 people by now.
What a weak arsed defense....wonder how many dummies will buy it

Gee, I usually only want to kill somebody BEFORE I’ve had my coffee, not after.

If this works then I’m staying away from Starbucks with all those crazed murderers lurking about!
To: Free ThinkerNY
Of course, my favorite blog was
on this a long time ago:
The Starbucks Theory of Mass Insanity For the first time in months, we discovered that even hardcore coffee drinkers might not be able to finish a small (that's English for "small") cup of Starbucks coffee.
And this undeniable fact, along with that potent brew, gave birth to a hypothesis: Starbucks expanded out of Seattle, and went public, in the 1990's.
Since then, the world has gone stark raving mad, hasn't it?
Just a coincidence?

I can’t think straight in the morning until I’ve had a cup of coffee.

He should have just told them he was drunk as a skunk and doesn’t remember a thing. I’m sure they would have let him go then.
