How about the war on auto theft, home/business burglaries, convenient store robberies, black on black murders? Is that racist, too?
Maybe if the NAACP concentrated on out of wedlock births, high school dropouts, single female households, financial responsibility, the black community wouldn’t have such a drug problem. The time for excuses is long past.
I live in a racially and ethnically mixed little neighborhood where there are a lot of mother/father/children black and Hispanic families and they seem to be doing well. Nice cars, nice yards, friendly, take their children to school, they go to work. It really comes down to “conservative values?” They seem to work for everyone, regardless of race or ethnicity.

Not to mention also a disproportionately high rate of abortion as well.
Otherwise, your words pretty much sum it up. Without a victim culture, a lot more people in this country would be truly ‘free’, with less crime as well.
It all is comes down to attitude, not race or color.
