I'm curious. Why keep Agriculture, the Interior, Commerce, and HHS? They're no better than the ones you're abolishing.

I remember an economist who argued that the only departments the federal government really needed were the "original four" - State, Defense (the successor of the War and Navy departments), the Treasury, and Justice. I tend to agree.

Get rid of Health and Human Services! That’s one of the first that should go!

And all those agencies like “National Endowment for the Arts” etc.
