DeMint should just shut up with this killing the Dept. of Education stuff. Why give Obama’s thugs fuel to lie and distort? Pointless. Also it is far better to merely fight AGAINT what people already hate—Obama, Pelosi and Reid—than to present an alternative, controversial agenda to permit the other side to switch from defense to offense. Stupid.

Well the teaparty attacks are successful, and the price is a constructive alternative, which DeMint has tried to offer up. Turning these issues over to the states is a constructive alternative. Just continuing to be negative is not constructive and folks will tire of it very quickly.
