Allow me to be the first to nominate Lisa Murkowski for Presumptuous Twit of the year.
The sense of entitlement these deeply entrenched idiots have simply boggles the mind. As big as Alaska is, there isn’t enough room for such an overinflated ego attached to such a tiny brain.
I hope Murkowski gets a nasty earful from every last voter in Alaska. You know... the ones she wants to save from themselves.
When this is all over, I hope she’ll learned that she isn’t anywhere near as important as she’d like to think she is.
What a vile, disgusting woman.

What do the Alaska rules say about spelling on ballots?
I bet half the folks won’t spell her name right, and it’s probably too late to change her name to “X”...:^)

What is she trying to do? Be another Ross Perot or at least have that effect on the elections? What an idiot.

Someone, in another thread, said that misspellings would be allowed, so long as voter intent is clear. It occurred to me that Miller should find someone else to run a write in campaign — someone with a name similar to “Murkowski”. That way, voter intent would only be clear, if the name were spelled correctly.

I hope the Republican party can come together and win this seat. Hopefully, they can convince the Murkowski supporters to join them to keep the seat Republican. But who knows. Here in Arizona some of JD’s supporters are claiming they will not vote for McCain and write JD’s name instead. Same thing may happen in Delaware. I hope the Republicans don't shoot themselves in the foot.

The JD supporters are one camp,Murky & Castles in another. In the Murky & Castle camps there are people who will lose power right along with their failed candidates. Too bad for them.

I can't wait to hear Rush's "take" Monday, on Murkie's write-in campaign. DOES ANYONE THINK SHE WILL GET ENOUGH VOTES TO THROW THE ELECTION TO THE DEM CANDIDATE?
I think her write-in campaign helps Joe. It will keep her supporters from voting for the Dem but not enough for her to win. Am I right or wrong?

You may be right. Those who voted for Miller were either conservatives or individuals who are fed up with the status quo. Those individuals, in my view, won’t support a dem because a dem is part of that status quo.
