In the most anticipated speech at today's Values Voter Summit in Washington, Delaware's new GOP Senate nominee Christine O'Donnell ignited the Omni Shoreham ballroom with a tangible buzz. She strode onto the stage to Journey's "Don't Stop Believin'," with orange spotlights sweeping the room. (None of the other afternoon speakers got a light show.) The packed crowd gave her an enthusiastic standing ovation, continuing to applaud long after she took the podium.

lol...
I don't think that means what you think it means.
Her lack of experience does not warrant her to be elected to the United States Senate.
Holy shit, batman, Christine O'Donnell sounds kinda like osamaobama..
Listen, GOP_lady, I appreciate your dedication to the party, however, she has more experience than the current half-rican that occupies the half White House today.
Sooooo.....I am still not clear after the last few days where you stand on the Delaware race.
Are you in Delaware? Are you going to write in this miraculous 30 year old guy from Michigan on the Delaware ballot?
What are her qualifications, aside from being well-connected and wealthy?
I would far rather entrust my representation to a raw neophyte who voluntarily forswore the right to run my life, than to a seasoned politician who reveled in the opportunity to direct the affairs of all.
I’m watching it now and from what I’ve seen, she’s knocking it out of the park.
She will win......
Rove, you dipstick bastard.
WOO HOO! almost $1.7 million and counting!! $2 million next
I too wish that all the Rovebots would stop whining and undermining the nominee. Now we have Murkowski launching a write-in campaign and whiny Rovebots all over trying to help the Democrats.
WRONG. I’m just simply stating my personal views on a candidate.
The elitists only want a majority if they can have enough “moderate/liberal rinos” to push their “compassionate conservatism” through. It’s so obvious. There can be no other reason. They don’t want O’Donnell to win. Or Angle, or Miller or.....they only want their rinos or they want a minority.
I’m outing you as an agent working for Mitt Romney. Anyone who wants to take the time can go over your posting history from 2007-08 and see exactly the kind of work you do around here.
Well your personal opinions are hyper ignorant.
Ill say it.
Christine ODonnell is a terrible candidate.
Her lack of experience does not warrant her to be elected to the United States Senate.
I can point to you a 30-year-old candidate who is now running for the United States House of Representatives who is overwhelmingly more qualified than she is.
************************************************************
Are you having a bad day or are you always like this?
Even Romney has endorsed her.
With what is happening with the self-immolation of Rove and now Murkowsi, you'd think the smart ones would back off.
You can't ask for the GOP to unite around a moderate who won if you can't unite around a conservative who won.
But, But, But many of us voted for that RINO maverick Juan!
..by BAD, you must mean she is not experienced at embezzling the taxpayer and making a show of “compassionate conservatism rhetoric” like a bush or mccain established GOP embezzler
>>>Shes got a budget of over 1.1 million now. In two days.<<<
About $1.7 million just a bit ago - and CLIMBIMG!
:-)
O’Donnell’s worked in marketing, PR, issues advocacy, for the RNC, conservative nonprofits, etc.. DE is a tiny state in which a US Senator represents about as many people as an average Congressman. If she wins, she’ll taking a seat that was held by a plagiarist goofball for decades.
She’s running against a serious leftist.
And, I’d rather see younger senate candidates get in to hard-to-capture blue to purple seats in a wave year like 2010 than a lot of the fossils who are running for a six year term when they are already in their 70’s.
There are women of a certain age who cannot tolerate younger, more attractive women. I’ve seen it in the business world, and I have no doubt it exists in politics as well. I’m not saying this is true of the commenter on this thread, but there will surely be women in Delaware who will vote Democrat or not at all just to avoid giving a young, attractive woman their approval.
Well, good for you. I hope you feel better now.
You can’t seem to respect other people’s opinions.
