Steve Schmidt works for Romney, so I don’t think that’s an issue.

No 2008 retreads. Ronald Reagan was a "retread". And besides, Sarah wasn't on the top of the ticket. McCain is the real "retread" here.
So are most of the other likely contenders for 2012.

If she isn't running for President, she is making all the right moves as if she WERE running for President. All I can say is, get your running shoes on Mrs. Palin.

What is so sad is that Sarah is exactly what America needs however her image has been brutally destroyed by the media.
The elite establishment do not like regular plain-speaking folk however regular plain-speaking folk are just the people we need to lead us out of this mess.
I recall another plain speaking person...

Tokyo Rove?
GTFO! NOW!
Rove is the Left’s new favorite RINO traitor, now.
They love him even more than Charlie Crist, Paul O’Neill, Brent Scowcroft, Colin Powell, and Scotty McClellen combined.
Honestly, I think Palin is more interested in influence outside of government.
She will quit the primary race for the same reason she quit the governorship, and then she’ll use the move to play kingmaker. That’s my prediction.

Let her play kingmaker rather than candidate Don't miss the forest for the trees, my friend. Sarah Palin has been on a trajectory that leads straight to the White House since she first stepped foot on the national stage.
She's our star quarterback, and the Super Bowl is coming in two years. It would be nuts for us to put anyone but our very best on the field, on that day.
Sarah will be the one.

If she isn't running for President, she is making all the right moves as if she WERE running for President. I think that anyone with a modicum of political smarts and observational skills figured out that she's running a long time ago.
I doubt if there's any question about that in presidential campaign circles.

This is big news, she says ‘maybe’ again. Each ‘maybe’ is one step closer.

Hell just for a decent tastefull fashion change in the WH I would vote for her.
Her fashion sense rocks.

Sarah is exactly what America needs however her image has been brutally destroyed by the media. Don't you believe it. The media and the left have thrown everything they could think of at Sarah, but she's more popular than ever.
Why do you think her endorsements carry so much weight?
All the media have done, is to make Sarah stronger than she ever was. By 2012, they'll have nothing left to throw at her, and everything they do try, will be shopworn and stale.

I'd be very surprised if she didn't decimate her opponent in any fair debate.

Reagan was absolutely savaged by the media.

She will quit the primary race for the same reason she quit the governorship, and then shell use the move to play kingmaker. Thats my prediction. She's already been run through the left-wing meat grinder and emerged more powerful than ever. The only reason she left the Governorship of Alaska was because she couldn't use state monies to defend herself from all the scurrilous lawsuits the moonbats were filing against her. It was bankrupting her family, and stopping her from doing her job.
That won't be the case during the 2012 primary. The left would have to throw something a lot bigger than slimy lawsuits at her, to knock her out of the race.

Reagan was absolutely savaged by the media.
Yeah but that was mostly after he was elected and he was running against a guy who ruined the economy and screwed up foreign relations...wait just a minute! ;)

Reagan was absolutely savaged by the media. Indeed. The MSM blamed Reagan for AIDS, homelessness, confrontation with the Soviets and out-of-control deficits. For starters.
Back then, the MSM even had some modicum of journalism ethics to be balanced and truthful. They'll be twenty times worse with Sarah because they've long since jettisoned any pretense to objectivity.
