No sense in letting Rove take all the abuse today among traitorous Beltway RINOs who’ve allegedly never done a thing for “true conservative.” Let’s get Krauthammer into the game. This is actually a useful follow-up to the last post insofar as it’s yet another opportunity to show how Palin implicitly (and wisely) questions the dogma that right-wing candidates can win anywhere, any time, in any circumstances. Krauthammer dares her to go to Delaware to spearhead the O’Donnell campaign. Doubtless many Sarahcuda fans will say “great idea!” but Palin herself knows better:
Palin’s comments came after the last major primary night before the November midterm elections. Palin-endorsed candidate Christine O’Donnell stole the spotlight by defeating nine-term Rep. Mike Castle in the Delaware GOP Senate primary.
But the 2008 vice presidential nominee said that her involvement in races might not always benefit the candidates she endorses.
Ill do whatever I can. I want to help, though, and not hurt,” she told Fox News. “And, you know, sometimes its a double-edged sword there if my name is connected to anybody.”
Translation: Knowing how much Democrats hate Palin, it’d be silly to hand them a club in a state as blue as Delaware by appearing there frequently. If anything, it’d probably do more to alienate pro-Castle fencesitters, who likely blame her for Castle’s defeat, than to fire up Christine supporters who are already fired up. Krauthammer knows that, of course, but he’s making a point here about true belief in “true conservative.” If demographics don’t matter and it’s just a matter of preaching the right-wing gospel to convert the liberal heathens, let’s send our best preachers down there and let it rip. What could go wrong?
You don’t have to go to Washinton DC to prove that Kaythammer is a Christian hating Jew. He does that himself.
The Cabbage Clubber is the consummate neocon liberal. So right on some issues that it’s easy to miss how wrong (and priggish) he is on others—and the direction of the country overall.
Let him drag Rove with him. How do we express our thoughts to these two RINO-loving shams?
Why is Krauthammer wasting all this time criticizing Palin, DeMint, O’Donnel — and the voters of Delaware! — instead of ripping on the Marxist Coons? Kraut says it’s so imperative for the GOP to win that seat, yet he can’t get beyond dissing O’Donnell and instead laying into Coons.
Claris P. VonKrauthammer 1860:
“Go down and prove that Abe Lincoln is electable! He looks like an ape and sounds like a moron!”
What the hell is going on with the Republican establishment? They’re absolutely apoplectic about some of these TEA Party candidates.
Ya know, Charles, with all of your degrees you should know that the onus is on YOU to prove that she CAN’T do the job, not the other way around.
Since we are now in Sept and there is football in the air...
I’m thinking now is not the time for trick plays. Christine and supporters need to just grind it down the field. They need to take the offense and stay on offense. If they can not find something in Coons’ past to hammer him with, then they need to hammer him with what he will do in the future (which is hard to defend). They need to hammer and hammer right in the middle of the line until the defense is exhausted.
On election day, Coons should be begging for it to be over.
Yep. Put your flack jacket on, Captain. Incoming...
This is what is so utterly stupid about the GOP Establishment response from Rove, Kaulthammer, etc.
If she loses, EVERYONE on our side is going to point at Rove and Charlie etc as why.
If she wins, everyone is going to remember that they did their best to sabotage her.
They GOP Establishment mouthpieces face either ostracism from the Conservative movement as traitors or ostracism from the Conservative movement as irrelevant, non-credible cretins.
So either way the Roveites are creating a lose-lose position for themselves.
“You dont have to go to Washinton DC to prove that Kaythammer is a Christian hating Jew. He does that himself.”

Indeed.
WAY too common.
This election is bringing all the closet liars out into the open. God is exposing the enemies within so that We The People know the truth FINALLY.
I don’t worry about flak. The facts are crystal clear on this.
With an outsider running the show, the “insiders”, the “establishment” loses power. Which is, of course, the whole objective.
The Establishment does NOT get what the Tea Party is. It is a Movement out to wrest power from the ruling class, and return it to the people.
This is why RINOS are in just as much - and perhaps in some cases more - danger than Democrats.
ALL the establishment are getting as twitchy as a long tailed cat in a room full of rockers. Of course thats the whole point.
Charles, as much as I usually agree with the guy, has yet to recognize this new reality.
We need some new faces.
I’m tired of being preached to by the same self important old farts.
Sorry but moronic comments like that which consist of nothing but hysteric slogans and totally ignorant Leftist clown talking points don't generate incoming, they generate laughter.
Freepers laugh that anyone can be so stupid as to think this sort of childish sloganeering is taken seriously by anyone at this website but the two childish clowns posting them
Totally agree...HA has been my go-to site for a long time...but Michelle Malkin is gone and these bozos are driving into the ground...and the HA posters are frustrated with it ,too....
too lost in his intellect...o boy...too smart for his own good. She will prove it just by being herself.
You have yet to post a single fact in your whole history here. You post emotion based hysteric slogans, not facts. Nice you have opinions. Too bad yours are wholly ignorant of reality.
You opinions are not facts, lean the difference
