I'm temporarily handling the Iowahawk ping list while dighton is away.
Please let me know if you want to be added to or removed from the list.
Please ping me to Iowahawk articles. Thanks. :)

Ain't that the truth!
Oh me, oh my. I think it’s time to put T. Coddington Van Voorhees VII out to pasture. Or stuff his head and mount it on the wall over the mantlepiece.
Love Iowahawk! I recommend “Hi Neighbor!” Kills me evrytime.

Sounds like Lindsey Graham. To Funny Iowa, great read.
“If it is a fight the Jacobins want, then it is a fight they shall have,” I added with a pugilistic flourish. “And let this be their warning - I once took 4th place in the East Hampton Silver Gloves boxing tournament.”
My battle cry was greeted, as you might imagine, with a lusty cheer the likes of which had not been heard since the eve of Agincourt. And justly so; for in the course of human events, there comes a time when a well bred man must roll up his cashmere sleeves, grab the old family swagger stick, and remind the rabble of their proper place.
“T. Coddington Van Voorhees VII” is a sendup of Christopher Buckley.
Tea Party! Git er done! Nyuk nyuk!!
Please add me to the ping list. I so look forward to Iowahawk’s new articles!!!
Beautiful.
Capital, Hawkie! Simply capital!
It’s something of a wonder at this point that Christopher Buckley hasn’t died of embarrassment.
Done. :)
Then I would hasten to add that I should never advocate stuffing his head and mounting it on the wall unless and until he had passed away from natural causes.
Me too!
What a great mock of the elite!
Chrissie Buckley’s alterego (Iowahawk), ironically aims his “walking stick”at Ms O’Donnel in an effort to make us laugh. Dude, I went to Yale, but I’m withya! Wink, wink! Sorry Coddington, too clever by half.
2 years ago, like his namesake Matthews (Chrissie, that is), he quite earnestly and sincerely felt the tingle up his leg whilst contemplating Mr. Obama, which he unapologetically and in all seriousness broadcast in the pages of the Wall Street Journal. His besotted logic DID make me laugh, although he was attempting to persuade.
History repeats as farce. William Buckley was the courageous father and guiding light of the modern intellectual conservative movement. Lacking the courage or intellectual fortitude of his father, Chrissie Buckley has settled for the role of court jester. Thus, unlike his father, he is not a rudder, but a weathervane.
Mr. Buckley, grow up and try to measure up to your Dad.
ROFLMAO!
Is this something from Niles Crane?
